If kickboxing is your thing, then head on over to FitHouse DC on Florida Avenue NW for their free, 45-minute kickboxing classes on Mondays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike, these classes will combine fundamental boxing and kickboxing techniques with high-intensity interval training.

Running is also a great and healthy way to get fit. Run Now Fitness DC are hosting running classes four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday) that range from 30 minutes to an hour. From 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, you can join their joint run and stretching classes for free.

Starting at 6:15pm every Thursday, Zumba instructors will lead you in an hour-long class with music to motivate you.
